I am 27 years old. I suffered a traumatic injury in March of 2009 while competing in a snowboard championship. I was in a coma for a few months and spent a year in a rehab hospital. I am visually impaired, I have difficulty with balance/walking, and difficulty with memory.
In 2012 I started my own graphic design company called ElSchwarez Designs. I design winter and year round socks. Through the support of VT Blind /Visually Impaired Group, High 5's Foundation, Choice Support Services, and Wheelhouse Designs, I am living my dream and reaching my goals to be independent.
